Oakland Hills – Oakland California

This home was featured in The San Francisco Chronicle Magazine. As that article states (seen in our blog) the house was uninhabitable when we arrived. We proceeded to design a complete makeover- top to bottom. Every inch of this property was restored, remodeled and remade.
Work included reworking the dysfunctional upstairs into three large bedrooms all with en-suite baths; new and expanded kitchen with top of the line appliances, new gardens, patios, garden walls, driveway gate, restored siding, new windows…
This turned into a modest estate.
We did all the design, permit, finish selection and landscape both design and install. Everything was done with a respect to the historic quality of the original building as shown in the treatment of one of the bathrooms you can see here.
