Smarter planning, superior project management, and personalized service. Expect your project to be on time and with no surprises because we set costs and time to complete ONLY after we pick all finishes, full design and have approved plans at the building department. This is the only way that honest costs and time may be made.
You want every aspect of your new home, room addition or remodeled space to be excellent, so we take the time to listen to your design goals, ideas, and budgetary concerns. We want to be as clear and upfront with you as possible by communicating our process from start to finish.
Learn More About Our Process
Our entire team are born builders. The owner was still a student at UCSB when he started his carpentry business. Very soon he was recognized by the local architectural community and was offered a mentorship be a small architectural firm were he was the contractor leg of the design office. (even though he still did not have the four years experience needed to be licensed) As such, we believe in a very formal and well documented process at ever point in the process. We work ONLY in a design and build process. On the few occasions we are handed full sets of drawings we still require a full finish schedule naming all the stone counters, cabinet shop drawings and the like. We even chose paint colors. If the client does not have that —-we help you to make it. We work with the best people in any town to show you stone slabs, cabinet styles and finishes, faucets, bath tubs and all that goes into you wonderful new home.
